美國在台協會高雄分處副處長Samuel Goffman（顧杉明）應中山大學外文系邀請，計畫於2024年11月7日下午1:30至3:00蒞臨我校進行交流，並將以“我的外交官生涯”為題進行主題演講。此次演講活動的目標是提升本校學術社群的全球意識，並增強我校師生在處理國際事務方面的實際能力。AIT高雄分處在促進台美關係和跨文化交流方面有著豐富的實務經驗，預計為全校師生提供寶貴的洞見與學習機會。

At the invitation of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature at National Sun Yat-sen University, Samuel Goffman, Deputy Director of AIT’s Kaohsiung Branch Office, will visit our campus on November 7, 2024, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. He will deliver a keynote speech titled "My Career as a U.S. Diplomat." The event aims to enhance the global awareness of our academic community and strengthen the practical capabilities of our faculty and students in dealing with international affairs. AIT Kaohsiung’s extensive experience in promoting U.S.-Taiwan relations and cross-cultural exchange is expected to provide valuable insights and learning opportunities for the entire university.
