報名方式
1) 填妥報名表後，連同初賽影片光碟於初賽報名截止日前(以郵戳為憑)掛號郵寄至:
804高雄市鼓山區蓮海路70號國立中山大學外文系暨英語文教學中心 景琬茹小姐 收
*請於光碟片上註明學校名稱、參賽學生名單(請填寫中文全名)、演講/詩歌題目。
*推派兩組者，需填寫兩份報名表，依此類推。
*同校學生光碟可燒錄在同一張光碟內(請以不同資料夾存檔)。
*大專組非英語相關科系若為不同系所學生組隊，報名表需有兩個系所戳章。
2) 報名表以及影片均需繳交，方完成報名手續；資料不全者，不予參賽，主辦單位不另行通知。
3) 大專組非英語相關科系入圍決賽者，需於指定期限內繳交相關檔案，以利彙整。
Registration
1) Completed registration forms must be sent via post to Miss Wan-ju Ching, No. 70, Lianhai Rd., Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City 804, Taiwan (R.O.C.) by 10/28(Wed.). The title of the mail is “Sign up for 2020 College English Speech Competition and High School English Poetry Recitation Contest—(School Name)”. Two registration forms are required if two teams are sent by the same school to participate in the contest.
2) For the preliminary phase, the video should be burned to a CD/DVD, marked with the contestant’s full name, school name, and topic of the speech/presentation, and sent to Miss Wan-ju Ching, No. 70, Lianhai Rd., Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City 804, Taiwan (R.O.C.) by 10/21 (Wed.)
- Please indicate the school name, student name (full name in Chinese), and presentation topic on the disk.
- Students from the same school may burn their files onto the same disk, but must be placed in different folders.
- For the college group, if participants in a team are from different departments, they must have their registration form stamped by both departments.
3) A completed registration form and video are both required for successful registration.
4) The finalists in the College group must turn in relevant files within the given time.
